NetSuite Customer Relationship Management Software Capabilities

Key components and capabilities of the NetSuite CRM+ software include:

  • Marketing Automation—including target list profiling, email marketing, lead routing (based on business rules), lead management, campaign management, keyword/SEO marketing and web-to-lead forms.

  • Sales Force Automation (SFA)—including account/contact management, opportunity management, quote and sales order processing, incentive compensation, document management and strong back-office integration.

  • Partner Relationship Management (PRM)—including partner lead management, channel forecasting, channel campaigns, sales order tracking, partner commissions management and (content) asset management.

  • Customer Support and Service—including case management, rules based routing of incidents and escalations, knowledge management, self service customer portal and time tracking.

NetSuite CRM+ software components include mobility (with support for iPhone, BlackBerry and Windows Mobile but not Android) and CRM analytics (dashboards, however not data warehousing or OLAP) which are tightly integrated among each other and with NetSuite's ERP/accounting software.

Platform as a Service Solutions

The NetSuite Business Operating System (NS-BOS) is a platform as a service (PaaS) development and customization environment with tight hooks into the NetSuite data model, objects and business processes. NetSuite offers tools which support the manipulation of objects, the creation of custom objects and integration to NetSuite. NS-BOS is fundamentally different to Force.com in that the later makes leveraging the existing Salesforce.com app (but not the delivery network) optional, where instead NS-BOS is designed to tap into and use or repurpose NetSuite core business applications so that developers can focus on extending or creating new solutions rather than recreating core ERP or CRM functions.

NetSuite Pricing

NetSuite CRM+ pricing is based on a per user per month subscription model, however, varies according to particular combinations of software components and support programs. There are additional fees for support contracts.
